For each model and color, we thoroughly inspect a complete package. We check for physical perfection, color consistency, and accurate dimensions.
We use a specialized eddy current tester to precisely measure the thickness of the anodized or powder-coated film, ensuring it meets our high standards.
Products that pass all checks are labeled as “qualified”.
If a product fails to meet requirements, we double our sampling rate and continue the inspection process to identify any further issues.
Non-conforming products are either sent back for rework if possible or scrapped if they are beyond repair.
